i have started to walk again after about a month off. that darn bronchitis just layed me out. even tho i'm walking, about 2 or 3:00 i get so tired i take a quick nap. sometimes it's only about 15 minutes but other times it's about an hour.

and sometimes i'm so tired by 7:30 i just crash and sleep until about 8 or 9.

the doc did give me elavil and maybe that's making me tired. but i get absolutely no sleep whatsoever if i stop it. i just lay there awake all night.

i've tried everything, all the herbs, and still couldn't sleep.

i'm sure it's lyme but i don't know how to get natural sleep anymore.

what do you do?

Good old insomnia. Find the cure and be a trillionaire....haha!

The things that help me sleep

Chamomile tea
sex
Emotional Freedom Tapping
reading
Listening to the Secret on CD (I know I should listen but it makes me sleep)
Writing in my journal

Try some of these

The things that work for me are magnesium before bed (I use CALM brand magnesium citrate), B Complex vitamins and B 1 if I lay there thinking about things.

Another tactic is to walk away from your house until you go through exhaustion and feel better, then walk back.

Best,

Cass A
