I was just wondering if any of you have had swelling in both arms as part of a die-off reaction. The picc line is in my right arm and the swelling is worse on the right but it is definitely on both arms and hands. My thumbs in particular are achy (but this has much improved since back off the rocephin dose).

The only pain I used to have was occassional knee pain and severe TMJ. anyone have this swelling? It's been here for over a week. i am going to see a person who does lymphatic drainage on wednesday so i will see what she says.

thanks for any feedback.

My llmd says it is die-off but he hasn't actually seen me he is ffar away. My local doctor I told him about it and he didn't look at it. Several home health care people have looked at my arms and don't see what I am talking about. It's weird 'cause everyone else can see it.

The swelling went down a lot after a massage. I don't know what to say or who I could get to look at it.
