Has anyone experienced a sensation in their head that feels like an "ice cream headache?" Like if you were to hang upside down for a couple of seconds, you know that feeling you get, like blood rushing to your head?
That's what it feels like, yet I'm definitely not hanging upside down. I'm just going about my normal day and all of a sudden, I get these sensations in my head. It only lasts a second or two, but it happens throughout the day at different times.
I don't know if I would describe it as pressure, but at times it feels like that.
Along with this, I've been having air hunger and my breathing pattern seems irregular. I've experienced this before, but it's one of the worst feelings in the world.
Can anyone relate?

By "ice cream headache" you mean like having brain freeze without the benefit of sucking down a slurpee?
I get something like that.
Its kind of like a railroad spike wrapped in velvet and then shoved in just above my right eyebrow.
Sometimes it lasts for a few seconds - sometimes for a few days.
I occasionally get the air hunger, but usually attribute it to smoking.
Yeah, I know. *sigh*
