Because problems that had been resolving this past week

came back with a vengeance after I had a bad fight

with my folks this afternoon.

"How much worse dose a stressful day make your symptoms?"

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

[shake]

Well, how many raisins in Post Raisin Bran?

Multiply that by one zillion and that is how much more icky I get with stress.

How many seas must the white dove sail before she sleeps in the sand?

Multiply that by infinity times 2... and that is how many more symptoms start kicking my bee hind when I get over stressed.

Basically stress does me in for a good while.

Probably more than any other single factor.

AND... my threshold for handling it is -70 when it use to be a + 245,567.

Sorry you are feeling it too!

[Big Grin]

Stress lowers the immune system.

Given that.....I try to limit stressful events.

When my sisters try to pick a nasty fight with me,

I cut them off. I have to go. I tell them I am not doing this with you.

Sometimes you can't avoid stress. [shake]

Try to be proactive about you and your well being.

Hugs,

Geneal

Stress does me a doozy. Days when work is extremely stressful and I'm running off adrenaline to get everything done, I crash when I get home. Extreme fatigue and pain.

There was one period of time when I was having bad motor tics. They would get extremely bad when I was stressed...my entire body would flare.

One day I just decided to let stress roll off of me. It doesn't always work, but I try to step back from stress and tell me self there is nothing I can do about it. Yoga helps me a lot with that.

Parent fights are the WORST. They send me into sobbing convulsions in the corner of my bathroom.

I head straight for the xanax.

It totally exacerbates my symptoms so this is normal, Adam.

Try to avoid it as much as possible. My symptoms are full blown for days after major stress which is all I have had lately.

It drains me.

The sicker i am the more of a toll any category of stress takes on me.
