Just thought I'd add mine since I don't see it on the list--
"magnesium gluconate."
Many years ago my cardiologist recommended that I take this for a few days if and when my pvc's act up. I had a terrible time finding it--I never could find it in a health food store or online. I happened to ask the local pharmacy if they had it (never thinking they would) and they did! They don't keep it on the shelves, they keep it back behind the counter. I don't know why, maybe because it's not cheap.
Anyway, mine goes under the brand name of "Magonate" and is produced by "Fleming and Company."
I couldn't tell you really what the relevance of any of that is other than that it does seem to help my pvc's.

I take Slow-Mag, you can find it in the vitamin aisle of most places. Right on the box it tells you all the benefits of taking magnesium, no real mystery. It helps me with severe muscle cramping during sleep.

Best in my experience is Magnesium Orotate. Orotic acid has health benefits on it's own, and helps deliver the magnesium into the cells. There are plenty of studies on pubmed about it, and I've posted about it before which can be found in the search here.
