My daughter was diagnosed with lyme 12/04, has terrible arm pain..right arm. Last month she had leg pain. LLMD says this is normal for pain to travel around.
My daughter is right handed and has CSAP's next week. Is there anything that has helped for pain that travels? My LLMD wants to give her Vicodin/Aleve to alleviate symptoms.
Is there anything that anyone has used that could be helpful for her. She only weighs 60lbs.
Thank you in advance.

Just wanted to write to you, bless your hearts. My daughter started getting sick around 14. Started in the head, then worked to every system.
She would frequently complain about pain.
I'm sure you have tested for Lyme. My daughter has never show pos for borrelia. But, she was loaded with bartonella. You may want to see if she has been tested and treated for that.
Give her a gentle hug, and let her know she is not alone.
Have him write a letter to the teachers so they can make special accommodation for her. I don't know what to tell you about pain meds in a child that size.
My daughter likes vicodin because it has a euphoric affect that also takes care of the pain.
