I hear this mentioned sometimes. What is included in the modified cowden (which herbs and what dosages). I would love to do the cowden protocol, but couldn't handle the full cowden with so many things to take!

thanks

I think the Dr's modifiy it to each individual - at least that's what I've always thought.

Anyone else know for sure?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I modified it to which components really helped me, and what I could afford, and what I could tolerate, dosage-wise. The last one has been the biggest problem....I can't get anywhere near the normal dose of Samento.

I think limited just means that you don't do the protocol as outlined by Dr. Cowden.

The most essential parts of the protocol in my opinion are probably the Cumanda, Samento, & Quina.

The other things are important but those are probably the core herbs.
