Today is day 15 of my treatment. I felt pretty good this morning, but as the day has gone on i feel worse. Plus small muscles in my hip and in my shoulder blade are twitching.

I'm on 500mg of Levaquin and 400mg of Doxy. Does herxing occur around 2weeks?

Plus does this sound like herxing and do more symptoms become prevalent before you start feeling better? I was clinically diagnosed with Lymes and Bart.

My symptoms did flare when I started meds. When that happens varies from person to person.

Levaquin herxes were no fun .... hang in there! I made a lot of progress on that drug.

Sorry you are feeling worse this evening.

Herxes can happen at different times. Some folks have a 2 week cycle for herxing.. some have a 3 1/2 week to 4 week cycle.. and some herx and don't stop because they can't clear the toxins fast enough.

May I suggest?

Keep a record of your symptoms and next month compare the two months. You should start noticing a pattern by then.

If you feel worse.. be sure to let your doctor know. OK?
