probably a pretty stupid question, but how do i switch? i am on zith/mepron and switching the zith to biaxin. i took 250 mgs. of zith this morning with my mepron. just took my mepron now, do i take the zith with it again, take the biaxin with it, or skip both and just start the biaxin tomorrow?

i know that you aren't supposed to take the mepron without zith or biaxin, but since i already had the zith this morning, it shouldn't matter right?

probably be easier to just start the biaxin tomorrow if it is okay to skip it tonight....

thanks!

Well, I guess it's too late now .... but I wouldn't take them both together ... I'd just make the switch .... stop one, start the other.
