Hey guys how are you. I am 90% well.

I know you guys know alot about alot so I thought I would ask this here.

I have a sore sturnum. I have been having some pains in both sides of my chest but not quite the area that hurt with the Lyme.

But its sore to the touch. Of course, I have done no exercise that would have injured it..; lol.

Any ideas.

Muscle spasms? Connective tissue pain?

I know when I was getting a massaged, I nearly jumped off the table when any of my chest muscles were touched.

Magnesium has helped me.

Hey your...

Good to see you!

Sometimes the ribs get twisted out of place somewhat.. which can cuase that shooting pain and super tenderness.

When I get it.. got it now as a matter of fact.. AGAIN...

I don't seem to have done much of anything to bring it on. In other words I don't lift heavy objects... fall or do something that you would think is a reason for it to happen.

I go to the chiropractor to get it fixed.

Another situation that could cause that pain would be the lymph nodes.. and you have lots of them along the sternum... are full. Sometimes folks with Bartonella can experience that problem... but other infections would probably cause it too.

I can't say either of these things are the cause... but they might be something to consider.

I would hope you would check with your doctor.

Feel better soon!

oh, and I also have tietz. which is where one of my ribs doesn't meet my sternum - therefore tissue gets stuck between them sometimes.

painful until the tissue goes back.
