Anyone else have a problem with diffuse endothelial damage that has resulted in swelling and a significant weight gain?

One year ago weight was 187, now it has ballooned up to 230. Gained over 15 pounds since December.

Symptoms:

painfully swollen calves down to the toes, and painfully swollen wrists down to the fingers
swollen puffy-looking red face
blotchy & red puffy skin
firm feeling extremities
no pitting edema (non-pitting edema)
weight gain from retention of fluid?

LLMD says Lyme damages the blood vessel lining, making the blood vessels leaky.

As far as I know the only treatment is to treat the Lyme and coinfections.

Additional problems:

adrenal insufficiency
hypothyroid
temporary shut down of posterior pituitary gland >> no ADH or vasopressin >> constant urination
low Vit B12
low iron

I feel this situation is getting serious and am very concerned. We're working toward a getting port for IV therapy.

They probably installed a new cell phone tower in your area or bumped up the power a bit on an existing tower, and it is driving your bugs crazy.

i think I am having terrible problems with blood vessels. I am getting severe claudication in my legs, as well as shortness of breath and chestpain

I cant seem to be up and on my feet for more than a few hours, or these symptoms get severe

i had an arterial duplex done, and it showed "mild arterial occlusive disease with multilevel plaques"

my opinion is that this is due to fibrin deposits from the lyme disease. i have no other risk factors for plaque. my cholesterol is very good, i do not smoke, and my blood pressure is pretty good most of the time, never seriously high.

By the way, I had sharp pains in my lower left leg the other day (a few inches above the ankle) and simultaneous pains in my head. I looked at my ankle and noticed 4 tiny little red dots - petechiae.

I've no doubt I have tons of leaky blood vessels in my brain, too. Yeah, it is serious, but we all need to "stay connected" with our cell phones. I'm just waiting for my stroke:

Strokes Triple Among Middle-Aged Women:

http://tinyurl.com/27b9pp

Or suicide:

Suicide on the rise for middle-aged Americans - Highest for Middle-Aged Women

("Rates for adults ages 45-54 climbed to highest level in 25 years, CDC finds")

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22258413/

...since I'm a middle-aged woman and all.

Of course the (male-dominated) CDC is too busy blaming our strokes on belly fat, and I guess it stands to reason that those of us who don't succumb to a stroke then decide to attempt suicide instead (due to depression over our belly fat maybe?)

Notice there is no mention of Lyme or exposure to EMR from wireless technology. Just an outright attack on a woman's waistline. But what can you expect when men are calling the (medical) shots?
