Hi All,

I'm new to this discussion group & was wondering if anyone else has experienced herx rxns after taking an FIR sauna session?

I sauna about 20 minutes/week & find I herx quite a bit. At present, I'm not on any natural or pharmaceutical antibiotics.

Any input would be welcome...thanks!
Z

Hi Zelda: I got sick after my first time in my sauna but it may have been a coincidence.

I am currently ramping up to a full does on the Cowden protocol and I felt a herx coming on both Monday and today (high heart rate) A sauna on both days helped me avoid a bad herx.

I've been in treatment for over 2 years, though, and have "beaten down those bugs".

If you are still pretty sick it would probably be a good idea to go slow - maybe 5 or 10 minutes and work your way up?

I really like my infra-red sauna and feel it is an excellent way to detox.
