i have found that in the year i have been in remission ,that i have been able to blast the baddies with a full regime for 10 days and then stop/ this gets me over the hump.
doxy, zitro, vantin, plaquenil acyclovir, vfend. no probiotics
this has worked for me 3 times in the last year. i have been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle with just this little extra help.

How often in the year have you done this? Were your symptoms surfacing and you decided to treat in this manner? Did someone/research lead you in this treatment?
