for the last week I have been VERY yeasty to the point where I could pretty much not eat much of anything because of nausea (and vomiting). I would spit up yeast all throughout the day. i am going to ask my doctor this question but thought i would ask you here first. is your yeast better some days than others? is it related to female hormones you think? i felt SO sick yesterday. Today I feel much better yeast wise and nausea wise (I know the two are related).

Anyway also has anyone had the experience of yeast getting better on diflucan and the much worse (while you're still on it?) and also better on nystatin but more worse when you come off it?

I am on the candida diet.

Mine gets much worse before menses. The hunger is almost insatiable so I keep loads of broccoli and chicken broth on hand. The heat from the soup seems to be filling.

I feel your pain.

I'm sure it can wax and wane just like the Lyme does.

I would get some Theralac and then some NuFerm Wholefoods with Probiotics at www.livingfoodsusa.com

Awesome stuff!

breezy- are you saying your hunger is from the yeast,

Im starved 24/7

Hey Cat,

I think the yeast symptoms do fluctuate just like the lyme.

I have my own theory about difflucan, I seems for me i got worse after awhile on it, not really a herx, but for me, I think the resistant yeast strains overgrew.

Also, i think the yeast died down and the bad bacteria flourished. keeping the balance is tough.

i either have chronic nausea and no appetite. or i have no nausea and no appetite. or i want to eat everything in the house.

i've heard yeast can kill appetite.

Hi Cantgiveup~ I know that when my yeast is at its worst, I can get so hungry that I could eat everything in sight. I don't but it takes all the mental strength I have not too.

On the other side thought, much like Catwoman, I can get incredibly nauseaus and the mere smell of food is mindbending.
