I think I took Caprylic Acid years ago and it might have bothered my stomach if I recall correctly but I don't know for sure because it was so long ago. Has anyone else had this problem when taking it?
I have been diagnosed with chronic ulcerous colitis which I honestly do not think I really have.
Instead I might have had parasites, yeast or had bart belly at the time of getting diagnosed by a Kaiser gastro duck because I have not had colitis for years. I also think gluten intolerance was part of my colitis picture and I now don't eat gluten or get colitis.
The article says not to take Caprylic Acid if you have ulcerous colitis but I am wanting to try it anyway for fungus yeastie skin and my MD has suggested I try it but he probably does not recall I had colitis. I have not muscle tested for olive leaf.

I take caprylic acid for yeast and it helps, but it can sometimes be hard on my stomach. Sorry I can't be of more help. Hiker53
