Most people with chronic illness have adrenal fatigue, its my hunch thats what is going on why I am still so fatigued. Here is a recommended diet for someone whos adrenals are weak.

EAT SALT OFTEN AND AS MUCH AS YOU SEEM TO CRAVE

EAT BEFORE 10AM BEST RIGHT AFTER WAKEUP
(NO smoke alka nico caf NONONO)
EX BELOW
8am small 5oz glass of 1/4 t sea salt water
light workout
Eat a meal with the following: protein, fats, small amount of UNREFINED carbs, if need caf drink small green tea. Take an adrenal supp.

10am small amount of: protein, fats, UNREFINED carbs.

12pm Protein, starchy UNREFINED carbs, fats, veggies, NO caf.

2pm Same as morn break

5pm protein, starchy UNREFINED carbs, fats, veggies, SMALL fruit, NO caf.

10pm BED, protein, UNREFINED carbs, fats, for a bedtime snack. Helps repl. cort.

take high quality high dose vitamin, AND a adrenal suppliemnt, I would avoid cow or animal adrneal glands as there is a risk of diseases, mad cow?

The typ american diet is TERRIBLE, its no wonder where so gosh darn tired.

Please define "starchy unrefined carbs."

As in "potatoes?"

Actually yes, potato would be one, or whole grain pasta would be another one. Basially the key is WHOLE GRAIN unrefined. NEVER WHITE FLOUR NEVER WHITE SUGAR, use honey for ex.

Well, at least my diet isn't too far off kilter; having hypoglycemia (another sign of adrenal fatigue by the way) made me change my diet a long time ago......... [bonk] [dizzy]

Yep, I'm eating the same way. But I don't mix carbs with proteins. And I eat fruit alone.
