I tried zith while I was on doxy and had a terrific herx. I was wondering if I should stop the doxy, and just try the zith? Can zith be taken with plaquenil? Thanks for your input CherylSue

I was originally prescribed doxy with zith (and other things). Plaquenil can also be added. Take all three and you will kill all three forms of borrelia. -------------------- sixgoofykids.blogspot.com

I don't remember the zith dosage, but the doxy was 200 mg twice daily and the Plaquenil was 100 mg twice daily. My LLMD does not have a set time he leaves you on a protocol, he changes as needed. -------------------- sixgoofykids.blogspot.com

James, don't take tetras (minocin) with dairy. Some brands of mino may be taken with dairy, but others can't. -------------------- sixgoofykids.blogspot.com
