Hi All

I wanted to fill you in on my condition
since being Reinfected by tick bite--

I had a bullseye on my elbow about 2 months ago-

XXXXX 9 cuss words --

I had been doing Real Good and felt I was close to
having this nightmare over with till I got bit again-

At the time of bite I was taking very few ABX
and felt Good--

Once being bit I got Real Sick again Quickly-

I was wondering what was wrong then I saw the
Bullseye on my elbow - then I Knew -

It was 4 to 10 days after reinfection

I went back on high dose of ABX
and got perty sick --

Now 2 months after being bit I am
starting to to feel human again -

I do have some joint pain and I want it
to go away too --still a little achey -

Maybe this reinfection wont put a end to
the progress I had been making --

Now on to the good stuff --

Over the last 10 days I crashed my bicycle
2 times --

The first time I almost broke my right ankle
It Really hurt -

It was hard to walk for awhile but by
yesterday morning I did not look like
Festus on Gun Smoke anymore --

Last Night I rode by bike to
the Grocery store -
Yes I had Bananas in my back pack -

On the way back I was riding up a curb
and the steering tube on my bike Snapped --

All of a sudden it was like I was
Pulling a wheelie with Only handle bars
and No Front wheel --

I sure wish I had a picture
of the look on my face --LOL

I did not hit the ground real hard -
but it sure felt like I broke something
in my Left foot this time --LOL -

My bike was broken in Half
and every step I took hurt -Ouch -

I called a cab and it Showed Up -
This is the only time I have ever
called a cab in Austin and it arrived -
Lucky --

I am fixing the bike so it wont
ever break again --

I am back to Looking like Festus again-
- Jay-

Jay....I don't think I'd try to fix that bike but just opt for a new one you use it so much.

I saw one poor guy whose front brake caliper came apart and lodged in the spokes....talk about an endo.

Or maybe you need a Harley?

I bet you are glad it didn't happen in front of the hot bike girls! [Big Grin]

Sorry. I am really sorry you were hurt twice.

Glad you are starting to feel better.

Please get your foot x-rayed. Hairline fractures are so easily missed.

Maybe time to put this bike out to pasture and get a new one to go with your new, improved life.

Hugs,

Geneal
