I agree with Andrographis being good. It crosses the BBB and is anti-spirochetal. I need to get more (I've been out for a couple weeks).
The first time I got Andrographis and tried it (started with NOT even the lowest dose, but half of the lowest dose), it made me herx for two weeks in a row. The longest I've herxed (at the time). Antibiotics never even made me herx that much.... of course until I got on Bactrim and Biaxin then that's a whole 'nother story of 4-week straight herx and seemed not to want to stop.
But I really believe Andrographis is good stuff.
I have Artemisinin and have tried it off and on. It hasn't really done much for me from what I know. Haven't really herxed from it.

What doses did/are you taking of each...how often, & for how long?
Would you mind sharing with us some details of how the combo helped you?
I've taken andrographis in the past as part of Buhner's protocol, but was not on artemesinin at the time. Now I'm on artemesinin, but not on Buhner's herbs any more.
Thanks,
Patti
