Hello,
I have an old bottle of Reglan that expired July/2006. My doctors are now wanting me to try it again. Does anyone know if they would still be effective?

It takes Reglan about 30min to start working. That is why they tell you to take it a half hour before you eat.
Your RX is almost 2yrs old so it probably won't be as effective anymore. Hopefully your doc wrote you a new RX.
