Am going to get first CD-57 done after 4.5 mnths of ABs. Sould I get that done after 3 wks of Biaxin & Plaquil. ?

Forgot to ask LLMD.

Just got put on Plaq. and Biaxin. Wonder if I should wait 3 on them wks before CD-57 is drawn?

I don't think it matters for a CD 57.

Mine wasn't drawn for the first time until after 14 months of treatment.

What is a "normal" CD-57 and I gather it ccan be related to other dieases? Everything is coming in at normal so I shouldn't be suprised if this does also?????

"normal" CD 57 is anywhere from 60-360, although LLMDs that believe in the test say you really want something above 150.

For some of us, it is a dead ringer for disease progression. For others, it doesn't mean squat. I know a woman who had a score of over 300, and she was literally dying from Lyme (but recovred very well). Others will have scores of zero when they are feeling ok.

For me at least, it seems to follow very well how I'm doing.

oh, and you don't have to worry about stopping abx before getting bllod drawn, medicine won't effect that test.
