Typically speaking, what ABX are typically used to treat lyme and / or co-infections?
Is there a running match-up list somewhere? Just curious. I've seen in various posts here and there thing like Biaxin was for bartonella... I'm sure there will be some overlap.

I can give you a very "basic" outline of antibiotic protocols and then you can do a search on each one as there's tremendous variations and it would be impossible to list them all.
Not to mention all of the herbal treatments (Cowden protocol, Buhner Protocol, Marshall Protocol) and alternative treatments (Colloidal Silver, Samento, Hyperbaric Oxygen, Rife Machines, accupuncture). I highly recommend the website: wildcondor.com click on Lyme Links for ALL of this info
Lyme: Biaxin & plaquenil, doxy, tetracycline, IV Rocephin, (IV abx in general),IM bicillin, ceftin, cipro, zithromax
