my feet have been bothering me for awhile. i wake up with burning feet and the bottoms are red and sore.
so we went camping and i took a shower at the campground and i just used foot spray so as not to get athlete's foot.
i used an over the counter foot spray and viola!! next morning no dark red feet and the pain was greatly reduced. so now i use the spray in the morning and at night.
i think any over the counter foot spray will work. i think mine is tindamax, but i'm not sure. it has something in it like fluconazole or something.
but apparently it works on lyme too.....
has anybody tried foot spray for their foot problems? i highly suggest this....

Could you have a yeast problem and that is why it works?
