I have things swimming before my eyes. Since this is my 2d day on IV abx, could this be a herx?
Otherwise I feel tired, grossed out by the iv and scared that I'll never get better.

floaters are many things!!
in my case, last fall my eye specialist examined my eyes good for annual exam.
i have beginning of diabetes retinopathy; i'm in the beginning stages of losing my eyesight.
they are nothing to mess around with! better to be safe than sorry.
have you seen an eye specialist who can examine your eyes for diabetes, lyme, and other things the other eye dr. can't do???

Floaters are usually caused by inflammtion of the eye. When the eye is inflammed it will get some pressure and these "floaters" will apear.
The inflammtion is obviously caused by the lyme and co-infections.

I had my eyes checked because I was having visual problems. My eye doc says that my eyes are fine but I could be having effects from lyme.
I am trying to ignore all of the squirmy squiggles for now--and not to think about them too too much. Yuck.
I will look into the inflamation issues. My eyes seem really itchy (pollen?).
