yah, but they indicted the sat. fat not the sweets.

I, of course, say it's the sweets and not the fats that are the real culprits.

Bring on the lard, and pass the coconut oil please, just hold the processed carbs, [bonk] please! and manufactured oils!!!

pre lyme i would eat a piece of carrot cake almost every day for lunch. My fav was the one with coconut in the middle.

I agree about the sugar killing more.

Could this explain why my glocuse has been up since this bite on all my bloodwork? I'm 27, 120lbs. 5 foot 6 in.

I eat healthy except I LOVE granola bars and soda....but NOT NOT NOT in excess. But I do eat them. Diabetes does not run on my family, no one has it in my family.

I'm gonna go read the link now.
