I took levaquin 9 motnhs ago when I just began treatment for lyme. I took it for 2 motnhs. I did not really notice any streaks on my body, I did have lots of pimples which went away after beginning levaquin and bicillin. My doc, based on my symptoms, has put me back on levaquin 1 week ago. Now, I noticed a redish line across my chest (not thin though), which went away, and on my back, a circular streak, red. Not a rash, a streak, but in a circle shape. Never had that before, could this mean I do have bart, and the medicine is working to kill the bart? Jenin

I'd take a picture to show your LLMD at your next visit for sure.

SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME AND MY SON... While I was treating bart I started showing more and more signs of bart...
is that the medication is pushing it to hide as far as posible from the medicaitons that are in the blood stream?
I have wondered also for my son.As he was covered from head to toe with some strains red /blue or purple and now somehow are fading away btu still there.
but starting the midcation had brought it up more...
Same with me...the more I was treating the more I would see this signes on my legs...After 14 months still chasing bart I have stretch marks started fading away , mollars are less but still some red spots and the strecks are here and there but less...
not gone though. As long as you see them -that shows bart is still there...
Buy the book from DR J S from Fl and you can identify yourself..that is what I did and now I can tell. That will help you tremendously on knowing how to treat it!
