I thought the horrible heal pain was due to bartonela....

I am treating for babesia with Biaxin and plaquenil (sp?) so what's the deal?

Isn't heal pain a bartonela thing?

Foot pain/tenderness can be from bartonella.

Your heal pain can be from a number of things.... including Bartonella.

And doesn't Biaxin hit bart?

I "believe" I have BART also due to the chronic heal pain I have had over the years. I used to be an avid runner and that was the worst complaint I had, that and the burning on the bottom of my feet.

I could barely get out of bed from the pain and had to walk on the sides of my feet or tip-toes.

Since being on Omnicef/Flagyl most of that pain has subsided but just these past few days I am noticing pain in my right heal only.

I really think the heal pain is an indication of BART.
