I have for muscle pain. I had shots in my upper back and shoulders.
While I've heard some people have benefitted from it, I did not. I had a horrible reaction. My pain level increased so much I had to go to the ER for relief.
Of course this reaction is not supposedly common but I thought you should know.
Good luck.

I've used it for both cosmetic purposes and migraine pain (same injection sites for the most part) -- it was fine for me.... got rid of a lot of the skin damage done by lyme (in conjunction with laser treatments) and also helped the migraine pain. No negative effects at all, though I did realize the irony of having a neurotoxing made from botulism injected voluntarily!
My last round of injections have lasted a really loooong time, though, so I'm wondering if there has been some permanent nerve death? In this case, I wouldn't mind that, as I'd only be getting it done again when it wore off.....
I've considered getting it done for neck pain, too, but insurance won't cover it and it is expensive.

Have you been tested for the biotoxin gene? If you have this gene, your body cannot naturally rid itself of biotoxins so it may explain why the botox is lingering in your body.
I know you're getting more bang for the buck but it would be interesting to know, eh?
