Hi Mrs.

Here a few basic tips on yeast that might help you.

1. Replace good bacteria:
Take acidophilus 50 billion (puts the good bacteria back in)

2. Kill yeast:
Products that kill yeast, candex, theralac, and THREELAC or antifungal meds and/or

Herbal remedies to kill yeast: Oil of oregano, oregano tabs, and others.

You may be able to use the herbs with the antifungal. I'm not sure about that you might want to check with your doctor.

3. Diet:
No sugars, or carbs. They promote the growth of yeast.

There are some helpful tips on this board at the top for diet tips. Lots of stuff on the web about this.

I'm sure you will get helpful advice from others very soon!

Good Luck and hope this helps a little. [hi]
