He's the one on Under our Skin, right? The older guy. That actually did make me cry...and when the baby was born and how one died at 18 weeks.
Regardless. I want to help. I'm strapped, but I feel like I HAVE to help. If you don't mind asking how many of us are going to donate and I know it's prying and pardon me for being so forward but how much can everyone afford to help this doctor?

Nessa, I honestly don't think anyone can be more broke than we are right now. Seriously.
I am sending $100. I got a little money for my birthday, and I'm sending it all in.
More importantly I think, I emailed everyone I know and asked them to each send in $10. I dont' know if anyone is going to or not, but I did hear back from my mother in law that she sent in $300.
I think anything helps. If 10 people send in $10, there is $100.
Send anything you can. I think we can look at priorities. Dr. Jones right now is more important than a meal out, or renting movies, or extras at the grocery store.
I can honestly barely buy groceries, but I figure I'm doing this anyway. Not trying to sound like poor me, but we dont' even own a credit card anymore, and are waiting right now to be approved for food stamps.
So I honestly think if I can eke out $100, seriously we can all make some sacrifices and send in something.
