I can't afford one that's $300. Do you think this is even worth a shot, it's for the horrible neuro pains in my neck. I'm so desperate to be out of pain.

I'm not familiar with this machine but am familiar with infrared LED technology. From my experience it is very effective for pain. I use Bales Photonic Stimulator (no longer available - company was sold) and love it! Would not want to ever be without it!

Someone told me that a person with diabetic wounds on their feet cured them with colloidal silver & a red laser pointer they bought at Staples... I think they said the person was going to have to have their foot amputated & they had no money for other treatment...
Necessity is the mother of invention.
One thing is that you have to be careful if you take abx & do treatments with light. Some abx can make you photosensitive.
I did a far infrared sauna for about 60 minutes while on doxy & got a bit of a sunburn type of thing happening.

Like IMHisda, I have a TENS unit also, which my insurance paid for, except for my copayment, and it really helps me alot.
With the help of my former physical therapist, I was able to get mine.
My main goal for using it is to be able to lessen the amount of pain medication I take, which I've achieved.
I use mine on the area(s) of my body, where I'm having the most pain, on any given day (my back, but especially my knees, here lately), and they always feel so much better, after I use it, even if for just a short while.
You can use it all the time, if needed, where some people actually use it while they're driving and/or sleeping, although I really don't think you're supposed to do that.
I don't use mine all the time, but I definitely use it alot more, when I'm having alot of additional pain from herxing.
I have the EMPI brand.
What I like about it the most is it has some preset programs, for different areas of your body, which are adjustable.
