I, too would love to hear about other's experiences with this. My doctor wants me to take it, also and I haven't tried it yet because I was kind of scared. Now I'm really scared...are balance issues common with this herb?

Hi lymer - since no one else has chimed in yet and we both have the same question.....
All I know is that Ashwagandha is supposed to promote rejuvenation of physical health, stamina and brain function.
My doc didn't say much except that he thought it would be really good for me.
Maybe I'm having a little herx or something from it. It's not bad, I just didn't expect anything.

If it seems too much for you, open the capsule and use only part. Or mix a bit of the capsule contents in a cup of hot water for tea.
Anytime there seems to be too much of a push, you are wise to question it. You do want to "boost" but rather, support. Dosage can be everything. Cut back. Or try another herb such as a small amount of Siberian Ginseng (but not regular ginseng).
Ashwagandha was the first herb I took for support and it has always worked well for me. You might be sure to take your EFA's at the same time for balance.
