I have been on it for almost a month now.
My Dr decided to try it as we came to the conclusion that my immune system was over active as well as causing massive amounts of pain that even narcotics did not touch.
Anyway, I would say it has cut my pain in half which was nothing short of a miracle.
Side effects, yes, as to any Rx, there are some, and will vary from person to person.
Mine initially were less quality of sleep, some anxiety and nervousness throughout the night, and the like.
It has gotten better and the benefit has remained so time will tell what will become of it for me.
Hope this helps.
Best
Derek

Derek, what dose did you start off at and what dose are you on now? I'm starting off on 1 mg as I'm SO sensitive to meds. Oh congrats on it helping you with pain, I'd DIE for even a little relief!!
How long did it take before you saw an effect. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks. Right know I take it later in the day but not at night because I couldn't sleep.
I read that one of the studies said it didn't really matter,
I think it causes more anxiety and less quality of sleep.
What are your thoughts?

If you do get a side-effect of insomnia, that goes away within 2 weeks or so. I had more energy from the very next day after I started. It's wonderful stuff in my experience.
