Ok, just a little diary of a herx, or anxiety attack, or migraine, or all of the above, which occurred to me over the past 12+ hrs.. (see if any of this looks familiar to any of you...)

5:00pm-took last round of abx/meds
7:00pm-feeling kind of bloated and uncomfortable.
7:45pm-started to feel anxiety kicking in.
8:30pm-feel mentally wound, hot all over.
9:00pm-try to go bed, toss and turn-mind racing.
10:15pm-hot and cold flashes, cant calm my mind.
11:00pm-auras/flashing lights, but no headache.
midnite-hot/cold, urge to shake, restless legs
2:00am-lt headache rolls in
3:30am-nausea, medium headache
4:40am-IBS kicks in..off to bathroom
5:15am-wake, nausea, feel shakey, more IBS/bathroom
5:45am-brief cry spell from nowhere, lasts 2-3 min.
6:30am-hands tingle/numbness, feel arthritic
7:00am-another round off to the bathroom
7:15am-light facial tingling
(through all of it, heavy ear ringing, then again, my ears have been ringing for almost 2 yrs)

So...was it a herx, an anxiety attack, a migraine, or all of the above?

Usually if I would get what I think is a herx, I would have that overall flu like feeling, but this episode felt more neuro/brain like.

I get these same feelings and I call them "spells". I don't think it is JUST anxiety, or JUST a migraine.

For me these things seem to come on one after the other: first tingly face/ tongue/ lips/ then eye auras, the sudden urge to empty the bowel, anxious feeling etc.

The spell works itself out and then back to abnormal again. I think it is CNS overload/misfire.

Best,
Feelfit [Eek!]
