which lab is best for detecting coinfections? and what are the main coinfections that go along with lyme?

Igenex for Western Blot for lyme I would do Igenex for babesia(seems to be the most common co infection) Fry labs for Bart MDL for western blot? im not sure? Bowen labs offers some testing as well.
As for co-infections there is Babesiosis, Bartonella, Ehrlichiosis, Mycoplasm, some others are rocky mounted spotted fever, powassan encephalitis, Q fever, relasping fever, i cant remember, but there are some others.
