moderate - severe is significant. it means you have areas of your brain that are not getting appropriate blood/oxygen flow. (hypoperfusion)
i have never heard that this can become "severe overnight and not be able to move" - but it does require treatment.
you are with an LLMD?
i don't know anything about ivanz.

It means you have a long road ahead of you. Hypoperfusion was seen in moderate to severe degrees in various parts of the brain. The parts themselves are significant, as you'll find a correlation between the area afflicted and the deficits in your perception or function. Mathematics, -- right temporal lobe impairment, etc

I didn't have any numbers, but from down at Columbia I was told I had mild to moderate global heterogeneous hypoperfusion, which means slowness of circulation throughout your brain. It also states that this could be caused by encepholitis, vasculitis, medications and lyme disease. I took 2 spect scans - one in the middle of my first round of treatment (10 mos iv rocephin). I have bart and lyme. The scan showed the same after many antibiotics (oral and iv). Good luck
