I was considering doing the same!

My friend with lyme did it for 5 days and felt great afterward. some skin issues cleared up.

He just got bit though a couple of months ago. I on the other hand have been sick for years... so don't know if its wise to do or not.

Would love to hear if other lymers have done it...

I personally wouldn't try it since it contains maple syrup AND cayenne pepper!

Syrup = yeast

peppers = body pain ( for me )

oh... not to mention that lemon is too acidic for my stomach. Can't do it!

Proceed with caution!

I did it for a couple of months. It did not help me, even though I was really sure it would.

i think this can help allot if you don't go overboard..
but whether it can help depends on a long list of variables. there are many people who should not fast either at all, or at many times throughout illness and treatment when it would be counterproductive to fast. depends on allot.
(i.e. where you are healthwise, meds, toxins, individual constitution, is it the right time to do a fast, then questions about each individual organ.)

your best bet is to become very versed these kinds of practices yourself by reading a great deal, and working with professional guidance as well.

best,
mo
