I was toying with the idea of doing this master cleanse diet for 7 days to see if i get any different results.
Anybody have any experience with this.

I did it for a couple of months. It did not help me, even though I was really sure it would.

i think this can help allot if you don't go overboard.. but whether it can help depends on a long list of variables. there are many people who should not fast either at all, or at many times throughout illness and treatment when it would be counterproductive to fast. depends on allot. (i.e. where you are healthwise, meds, toxins, individual constitution, is it the right time to do a fast, then questions about each individual organ.)
your best bet is to become very versed these kinds of practices yourself by reading a great deal, and working with professional guidance as well.
