mrs.s,
sorry you are going thru this.
my sinuses plug up all the time; i use NASONEX spray and use one squirt per nostral and within minutes i can breath out of both.
i do this all night long when it acts up especially since i have DRY MOUTH bad due to all meds i'm on.
have no knowledge on other; but up we go for more readers!

What is the proper dosage for Nasonex? I was prescribed some awhile back but no longer have the dosage instructions. Is it one spray in each nostril twice a day?
I believe I need to take this again b/c I'm having issues w/my right sinus, ear and eye as well as pain in the hollow of my neck in the back on the right. I also have sinus polyps on my right side.
I get nowhere w/ENT's but I just looked at my most recent MRI and my right sinus area is completely closed up. I hope the Nasonex works but I am also a little concerned since it's a steroid.

my allergist just reviewed this with me friday when i saw him after 6 months....
i'm allowed up to 2 squirts PER NOSTREL DAILY!
do one, later on if you still need it, squirt again.
i was doing up to 4-5 times on a single nostrel since it plugs up so bad.
then i sleep with mouth open and DRY MOUTH gets 300% worse .... no moisture in my mouth whatsoever.
i sleep with my 34 oz. water jug next to my bed and sip on it all night long...
