Does anyone know if Labcorp will send out a test kit with proper instructions for collection? Melissa Kaplan's site says the test kit doesn't contain instructions, but that was as of 2003.

Will they send it to a patient? Their website says they will only correspond with doctors, not patients.

My LLND wants me to have this test, but we have no Labcorp in this area. My ND is in another city, too far to drive just for a lab test. I tried the search feature on Labcorp's site to find a closer lab, but turned up nothing. I won't have another in-person appointment with her until mid-October.

I went to our local/regional lab yesterday, but they said they can't ship to Labcorp without a test kit and pre-paid (by me) mailer.

The local lab said they could send the blood to ARUP lab to run a CD57, but they said the results would be reported as a percentage and I know that's not what my ND wants.

Any ideas before I call my ND?

Thanks,
Nutmeg
