hey guys im just waiting for my LLMD appointment on October 3rd and in the mean time wanted to start with some grapefruit seed extract(GSE)/oil of oregano (OOO) mixture to see what happens

mind you the GSE and OOO came together in one solution that you drop out of a medicine bottle

but anyways im been having hardly any symptoms for the past two months to be honest after a whirl wind of two years none stop symptoms (probably because I'm finally out of school - no summer courses or jobs therefore lessed stressed and giving my body a chance to fight back??? does that make sense at all ???)))

so ya finally got my positive IGenex test and my vitamin D tests that were outta sorts so got a referal to a LLMD

but so i've been feeling not too bad and started this GSE and OOO mixture a few days ago taking 8 drops twice a day and i'm not feeling any different yet???? How long have things been known to take or does it all just depend on the person?

I guess i'm just getting a bit upset because my symptoms were starting to get better and have leveled off (like i was saying over the past two months) but i still have a few really annoying symptoms that haven't changed

[Frown]

- i guess im just getting upset because I don't seem to be herxing and this lil lil voice in the back of my head is now telling me that it isn't lyme even though i have these test results

- i 100% understand that i DO have lyme b/c of these results and have had it for a while but still for some reason feeling defeated and hopeless that it actually isn't and i'll never get any better

- any advice is appreciated and sorry if this upsets anyone
