I had such bad arm pains, it kept me up all night. I literally couldn't cry or talk it hurt so bad. It was horrible. I am on Rocephin too. I didn't try anything for my pain except a Tylenol PM. Didn't work.
They have eased up but during the day they will flare up and it is the worst throbbing, deep, horrid pain. I get them a lot in my wrists now. A new cool thing to add to the list.

Taking neurotoxin binders helped me. The lyme dies and releases neurotoxins that stay around and make one very ill.
Pectasol chelation complex from EcoNugenics has helped me alot. It is easily tolerated. It was developed for autistic children.
