Is it relatively easily treated? Or, is it one of those really long term treatments?
Have you heard of the Gulf War Syndrome-
is this it?

I believe it's rather easily treated. But have heard that a lingering cough, etc., can persist for quite some time... but of course you may not have that symptom.

I tested positive for Myco but wasn't treated for it specifically. Was told that my Lyme treatment would cover it. Which seriously I doubt from reading about the treatments here.
Make sure that you're treated specifically for the Myco.

This is exactly what I was thinking because chronic lyme treatment usually lasts up to a year, if not YEARS.

Sounds like you have already visited Garth Nicolson's website. IMMED.
My daughter's first positive was the ANA titer and mycoplasma pneumonia.
Two weeks of doxy didn't cut it. We begged for a second round and got it. Made improvement and asked for more. PCP denied it, and said it would take care of itself.
It didn't. I'd have to say it took a year of treatment...at least for my daughter.
Once you have something like mycoplasma, lyme, bartonella and babesia take hold, it allows other organisms that have been dormant to come out and dance.
Hope you have a good doctor who will treat you until symptoms are gone.
My daughter was jacked around for a year before I finally got online and talked to Garth Nicolson.

I didn't know I had it until I had a blood microscopy done by a Naturopath doctor. I saw it on the monitor. The doc said I had it bigtime. I don't have a cough, but I did have walking pneumonia in my early teens. The doc couldn't tell from the slide what type of myco it is.
From my research online, doxy, zith, and rim...., the abx listed above are used to treat it. Lauricidin is a adjunct, as well as pycnogenol, fish oil, and olive leaf extract.
Mathias here on Lymenet knows a lot about it, too. From experience he said it must be treated.

Tracy, this is how it was for Matthew (my hubby) as well... it came back 900 some over the limit on IgG. His LLMD said it meant it was a former infection and didn't need treatment for it.
