Is there anyway you get this book before your appt? There may not be time for it to be delivered but, perhaps, someone your local lyme support group can loan it to you.
It will help get you up to speed and have a glimpse of the "lay of the land" and explains a lot about what combinations are used and why.
It also explains a lot about self-care and diet - and supplements for liver and adrenal support.

This book, by an ILADS member LLMD, has a lot of good information:
See www.igenex.com IGENEX labs - much is explained there.

I'm glad to see you've seen some of this before (I looked at your past posts) and very glad that maybe by this time next week you'll have some answers.
To help others see a little background and what advice has been given to date, here is just one thread:
posted on July 29 - Topic: Coping Advice til LLMD App't in Sept.
excerpts:
" . . . sick since May with extreme fatigue, bladder issues, insomnia, and neurological/vision symptoms. . . .
. . . My PCP ordered extensive blood tests, and the only thing that came back was a positive test for Lyme. However, when it was retested, it came back negative. . . . "

Thanks to all of you for your responses. I really appreciate your taking the time to reassure me and to give me some pointers.
