I just was diagnosed with Lyme in July, and have definitely had it for many years.

I'm wondering if most of you had to do a type of detox, and if so, what kind?

My LLMD has me on the Pat Kane detox program for neurotoxins. It has a strict diet and a ton of supplements ($660 of supplements to be exact!)

I am still learning about the specifics and would love to hear your thoughts/suggestions and/or advice on this.

Thanks!

Do you have a link for the Pat Kane detox plan?

I use Zeolite, coffee enemas, FIR sauna, and herbs. I also eat healthy.

I recently tried ionic foot baths - 4 over the course of 2 weeks - and it definitely helped. At the time, I was also taking chlorella/cilantro according to Dr. K.'s protocol, which I think helped move the toxins out.
