B6, be careful with it though. Get allergies under control. Get hypoglycemia or any blood sugar problems under control. Look for leaky gut or yeast problems. There is a book called "The Waterfall Diet". It has lots of info. Search here for info.
Stay away from ibuprofen. Look for protien deficiency. You can try natural diuretics but that may actually backfire. It does on me. Dandelion is a diuretic. Be sure to balance your electrolytes. Drink plenty of water. Detox, detox, detox.
There are probably some things that I'm forgetting but that's all I can think of right now.
I have a problem with sodium retention. I've had studies done that show I can't excrete sodium in the upright position like normal people. Treatment with ceftriaxone seems to be changing the way my body handles sodium from what I can tell. It's too early to know if this will make a big difference in my fluid retention problem.
