I know a lot of people lose lots of weight with Lyme. But i have gained about 20 lbs... and cant seem to lose it. Anyways. I dont have energy to work out... and if i do i am so tired after and feel even worse the next day.

I am trying to stay away from sugar more then gluten... and dairy i just cant stay away from.

Also what is the best Colon/Stomach Cleanse? I feel like i need one... putting all this medicine and stuff in my body... i dont feel like i am going to the bathroom as much as i should. Ew gross i know sorry!

I have this exact same problem. I feel like my stomach is bloated.....it just feels "full," like I'm not pooping enough. My bowel movements are sort of weak.

I tried this kit I got at the health food store called "Whole Body Cleanse" by Enymatic. It is in a green box. They have ones with fiber packets you mix in water, or ones where the fiber is in pill form. So there are two options, but both kits come with other pills that help get things going.

One of the pills in the kit is Milk Thistle though, so if you take Mepron, don't that that.

Anyways, I liked it, and it was working somewhat, but sometimes I have problems swallowing pills, and some of the tablets are really big.

I will let you know if I find anything else that works.

Also, you may get more responses if you edit your subject line....replace "stomach cleanse" with something like "bowel issues."

I have this problem too. It feels like my stomach is seperated from my body, like something is in between the outer shell and my insides, weird. My theory is stomach is swollen and bloated because my groin lymph glands are stopped up and not draining properly, so a lot of lymph fluid is backing up into the abdomen. This is making things not work right I also have a lot of gas. So embarrassing.

Yes I have this same problem.

My doctor first treated me for yeast with Nizoral. No change. Then bloodwork showed an infestation of parasites and she believes it is heavy in the gut because I am still so reactive to detox. So she is starting me on Untra Cleanse 1 & 2.

I haven't started yet, so nothing to report.
