oxygenbabe, hi, i dont see in this persons letter that is says she is going to be doing abx. it just says iv and oral treatments.
as for the endometriosis, etc. and your opinion of something more going on -- whos to say that endometriosis isnt related to the lyme?
lets all be optimistic and supportive of other lymies who are hanging in here and going for treatment rather than stating futile opinions.

I agree. In many cases, endo is likely in fact due to Lyme.

I personally feel that someone this ill needs
antibiotics, probiotics, and see how she does. I do NOT feel she needs to go to massages and enemas and detoxes. She is weak and sick from lyme and that is what she needs to treat.
I was VERY sick, and had 15 years untreated Lyme and Babesia, I started with 1/4 pill or 1/2 pill of Biaxin and then added in Flagyl.
I would not fool around with all those alternative therapies, and I have done them and they only wasted my time.
I would put her on immediate doses of antibiotics at small doses, and then go from there. Her body will detox slowly on its own, and rebuild on its own when she starts antibiotics, that is what I feel.
Some got well with oral antibiotics, alone when IV was not what they could afford. I had EXTREME light sensitivity and it was Babesia, and I then had to go back to treat lyme.
Biaxin and Flagyl were my first antibiotics, and they saved me.
I was SICK, I know I would have died had I not gotten treatment when I did.
Biaxin is a wonder for many.
Get down to the RIGHT treatment, antibiotics, and probiotics, add nothing else in until you see how she starts to react to these antibiotics. Nothing. I did this, and it was what let me know how I was responding to antibiotics.
I believe that too much money is wasted on supps, and not all need them, I mean???
HELLO, we sometimes just dont have the money, lets save our life, and do it with antibiotics, that is the basics, that and probiotics, and Yogurt homemade is a must for me, on long long term antibitoics.
After she is knowing how she responds to antibiotics, then add in other things, if she tolerates this.
I have been at this for 5 years and so speak from what I feel works for me.
Good luck.
