I had been doing really well on zithromax and boluoke...so I decided to try the heparin.

My LLMD said I could take them together, but I haven't done so yet.

Most of my left-sided numbness is gone, except for a vague feeling on my face.

With in 10 minutes of taking that heparin, I can "feel" blood flowing through the left side of my face and it feels really weird afterwards. It gave me a headache last night.

I always thought there was a vascular component to my illness, although they never really looked into it besides blood tests.

I know I have read somewhere that lyme can cause localized vasculitis and decreased blood flow. I wonder if that is what has happened. At one point, my whole left side would just throb at night.

I woke up in the middle of the night and thought...if you have decreased blood flow to your tissue...that area isn't going to get the abx in your bloodstream either.

I know about the biofilm aspect of this too..I feel like it is a win/win and wish I would have tried it earlier.

It would be like a miracle to wake up with out numbness one day!
