I am starting GSE and was wondering what a good brand was and where I can buy some?

Can you get it at wholefoods?

Has anyone read this article on GSE?

Thanks!

Interesting article. I got mine from the Vitamin Shoppe, the Nuticul (or whatever its' called!). I've used it in the past, I think it made me herx last spring before I knew what was wrong with me. After the second or third day of taking it 3 x's/day I woke up and all of the muscles in my body ached. My back, legs, feet, I laid around all day, it was miserable.

I'll have to check my brand to see if the chemical is in it.

take care,
Ocean

Nutribiotics, Vitacost.com. Liquid Concentrate. I place mine in an empty capsule and take it three times per day. It sounds tedious but it's very fast actually. Empty pill capsules can be purchased from Vitacost also. NSI sells 1000 I believe, for about 11 dollars.

I take nutribiotics also - it is very strong. I juice every morning and put it in my green drink - that was I can't taste it. An essential part of my protocol.

Metallic Blue,
I hate the taste, it's so bitter! The capsules don't turn to mush when you do it this way? I've always been afraid to try, worried that it would break apart in my mouth or throat and burn the soft tissue. I also use vegicaps for my capsules, hmmmm, I'm intrigued, have to try it!!!
Thanks for the idea!

Yes, Nutribiotics also come in tablets. And as far as the other persons question. You have to make the serving each time, it's simple, untwist the veg cap, drop the drops into the longer tube of the veg cap, and recap it, swallow.

Takes less than probably 5-10 seconds once you're used to it. Much easier than doing it many other ways in my opinion.

Hi!

I've used METALLlC BLUE's method......works beautifully. I think it is much more economical but you may want to compare and figure it out yourself at today's prices.

Good luck!
