I don't understand what is going on. Itake zith, plaq, mepron and 3 bicillin shots. The last 3 days I have been really constipated. Anyone else ever experience this?

Maybe you need to detox. The only abx that ever caused diarrhea for me was zith. All the others tended to make me constipated...so join the club.

PS... It COULD be from yeast...check this list:

i know we're all diferent, but for me, drinking mangosteen juice stops constipation. I drink the Ultra variety with 70 minerals added, and there are lots of versions out there.

If you try it, go slowly and drink a lot of water as it can be powerful in countering Lyme symptoms.
